1. No Smoking or Vaping $500+ fee for any smoke-related odor or damage. 2. Parking Parking is limited to 2–3 cars in the driveway and 1 car in front of the house. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or access points. 3. No Parties or Events Registered guests only. 4. Quiet Hours (10 PM – 7 AM) Please be respectful of neighbors. 5. Occupancy Limit Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation. 6. No Pets Unless approved in writing. 7. Sand & Food Care Shake off sand before entering. No eating in beds or on sofas. 8. Towels & Linens Use only designated beach towels outside. Do not remove linens. 9. AC & Windows Turn off AC if doors/windows are open. Do not set below 68°F.
